Pogradec, Korçë & Dardhë Ski Adventure — 2 Days

Two days of lakeside scenery at Lake Ohrid, Korçë’s historic streets, and skiing or snowboarding at Bigëll Ski Resort.

Itinerary

1. Day 1 · Morning: Depart from Tirana: Travel southeast toward Lake Ohrid, with a stop at the Lin Peninsula to enjoy the views and take photos.
2. Day 1 · Midday: Pogradec: Walk along the lakeside promenade and stop for lunch. You may wish to try koran, a local fish from Lake Ohrid.
3. Day 1 · Afternoon: Drilon National Park: Visit Drilon, known for its peaceful waters, greenery, and walking paths.
4. Day 1 · Evening: Korçë: Continue to Korçë and explore the Old Bazaar, with its cobbled streets, cafés, and restaurants. Overnight accommodation in Korçë is needed.
5. Day 2 · Morning: Drive to Dardhë: Travel from Korçë up the mountain road to the village and Bigëll Ski Resort.
6. Day 2 · Midday: Bigëll Ski Resort: Spend time skiing or snowboarding at the resort. Lift access, equipment rental, and ski instruction can be arranged.
7. Day 2 · Afternoon: Dardhë village: Visit the stone-built village and take a break at a local restaurant. Try lakror, a traditional Albanian pie often cooked under a saç.
8. Day 2 · Late afternoon: Return to Tirana: Drive back to Tirana, arriving in the evening depending on road and traffic conditions.
