How do I book a tour?
Open the tour you like, choose the number of people, your pickup place, a free date and time, and send a booking request. We check it and confirm by email, usually within a few hours. Nothing is booked or charged until we confirm. You can also message us on WhatsApp or email instead.
Do you pick me up from my hotel?
Yes. Most tours include pickup from your hotel in Tirana or Durrës. You can also meet us at our base in Bathore. The price for each pickup place is shown on the tour page.
How much do tours cost?
Prices are shown in lek, with the euro equivalent next to them at 90 lek per euro. Prices depend on the tour, the pickup place and the number of people. Each tour page has the full price list.
What is included in the price?
Each tour page lists what is included and what is not. The price covers your private car or 4x4, fuel, tolls, parking and your English-speaking driver, who is also your guide. Entrance tickets, meals and drinks are paid by you unless the tour page says otherwise.
How many people can join a tour?
Tours are private. Groups of 1 to 4 people travel in one car. Groups of 5 to 8 people travel in two cars at double the price, as shown on each tour page.
How and when do I pay?
You pay your driver on the day of the tour, in cash, in lek or euros. Card payment is not available yet.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Mountain roads and viewpoints can close after heavy rain or snow. We check the forecast and road conditions before each trip. If a tour cannot go ahead safely, we move it to another day or cancel it free of charge.
Are children welcome?
Yes. Please tell us the ages of the children when you book, so we can plan shorter walks and more breaks.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancelling or changing is free up to 24 hours before the start of your tour. If you cancel later than that, or do not come, 50% of the tour price is charged. Contact us as early as you can if your plans change.
Do I need a visa to visit Albania?
Visa rules depend on your nationality. Many visitors can enter Albania for short stays without a visa, but please check the current rules for your country before you travel.
